While reading over the banwave QQ's and advice I read over some posts claiming that EU citizens have a cyber law that allows them to request the evidence used in executing a ban. Time, date, IP's, duration, character etc etc can be requested for general information as both evidence records and/or part of the appeal process. Does anyone know if the US/States has something similar in law where we can request the evidence used in the decision to take action against an account? Or is the FIA about it :รพ Or are all subscribers tied and bound by the loosely worded EULA/ToS... I thought GM's weren't to share such information?
Something similar to a FOIA request maybe? But I think those only work with the government, and they can censor anything that reveals sources and methods.
