How about we let people decide to be stupid on their own without using the internet to act like tough guys.

That is from a quick google search on CC charge back.

There are lots of reasons this is wrong and a bad idea.

I went in with the idea that if Blizzard caught me, that they could keep the money I spent on a (new) WoD account. I used tokens after the initial purchase. I didn't get far, lol.

You can transfer the token time to another account.

if true that is way more helpful than advising people to charge back.

Dalpay (the website you quoted) is some random Internet Processing company from Iceland. They appear to specialize in high(er) risk transactions. Which is a nice way of saying Sketchy Shit (Penis pills, game gold, essay writing etc) which people charegback a lot. Typically a merchant selling those kind of things will not be able to find a bank willing to process credit cards for them.... companies like Dalpay (probably) will.

Every processing company that accepts High Risk transactions will do everything they can to talk / scare you out of charging back. It's in their interest as the more chargebacks they process, the higher the fee they have to pay Visa / MC etc. Eventually Visa / MC may refuse to do business with them.

If you ever feel you have a valid reason to chargeback (here is a list) then you should contact you bank or credit card company and do exactly that. In the US and the UK I never heard of a bank charging a customer anything at all.

This thread dances on the edge of encouraging the illegal activity of fraud.
