I am wondering to write a letter to them and apreal, cuz it looks useless to make tickets online... A few question I am thinking about after reading the success story of a EU player who wrote a letter to the EU blizzard legal department that successfully got him unbanned. Australia server belongs to US right? What about the privacy law?
it would be funny as hell if someone was foolish enough to sue blizz and blizz countersued for breaking terms. and the player had to pay all of blizz's legal fees.
Not quite true, at least if you are not in USA, luckily. Here in Europe, we have cap on the legal fees for certain types of trials. So the Blizzard attorneys are capped too with their attempt to request tons of cash for "legal fees". Not to mention, they have to legally proof that such fees applies, especially in my country, where the official median salary for a month is ~350 euro But we are still within the European Union, and all of EU regulations apply here too! Beside that, I have heard for quite a few people from EU, who have successfully lifted their bans (In the past, not with the current suspensions) after legal actions vs Blizzard Entertainment SAS.
