Hey, been a while since I farmed instances. Since my main got banned i thought I may as well farm instances on another account of mine. If possible i'd like something I can farm on repeat and vendors for me. (no mount as I don't have it.) I would be greatful to links to profiles that are up to date and the best GPH, I know they get nerfed all the time. If I need a certain Ilevel please let me know, cheers!
For now, firelands would prob be your best bet.. However it's popular, and I'm sure it's on the radar for a nerf and gms I'm sure are keeping a eye on time spent in there.. I'm not sure if you could solo 25heroic, go in a 10 man normal and see how you go.. Your farm the trash not the bosses
Well you can farm all cata instances... check Azyal profiles in the profile section, they should be even sticked. Or on top if not can't miss them. However i had bad experience with dungeon farming the way you plan to do. So i advise against it. Its just my opinion and experience but i tend to get banned in hours when i try to do it. Open world seems better option for now. As for GPH most give 500g with all vendor i think Blizzard is even nerfing places that give drastically more. Hope some other people also comment so you can form a opinion not based only on what i said.
Firelands is populated by the members of another bot's community. Because as far as i can see they have few choices as where to farm.
I am planning instance farming with a level 90. So looking for information to best suit that, basically avoiding Gundrak after all the horror stories. Thinking of ditching the idea of dungeon farming and sticking with open world. I think making a custom home profile would be way safer.
gundrak, firelands, tolvir, hol, bot and all other whats the difference? nothing all = ban if you wanna bot 24/7.
thats the point of suicide dungeons. to race to your ban and make as much gold as you can before you get there.
and if i bot it for 15 hours per day for example? is where a chance to extend the life of my account?
Well the point with instance farming for people was quite simple you level to 90 as fast as possible. Be it in group of 5 or solo matters not. At first it was quite simple 30-40 days uninterrupted farming woohoo. This lasted some time great. (There was always Botanica even back in Wotlk the place was farmed as a instance and as a result if you wanted to get banned fast you went there. Dungeon farming is not something new...) Then Blizzard wrote a script or something for all dungeons, i can't set a foot in instance now and last 2-3 days of farming. I reactivated a acc with Wod trial and set it to farm tolvir and Grim Batol. I combined some profiles so the bot switch instances every 3 hours. Managed to last around 11-12 hours before the ban hammer.
All I farm is dungeons with lvl 90 accounts, but there is a catch, they are WoD accounts and you must farm certain dungeons. Read the post on my blog about 25 out of 27 accounts getting banned
gonna try suiciding Grim Batol on an old account I reactivated with a trial of WOD, cheers for suggestions. if you have a better idea, let me know.
Just tried an old 85 lvl char with 10 days trial and I tried to farm Forge of souls (yes, terrible GPH dungeon, but in the past I never had a ban in that dungeon). Guess what? Banned after 2 hours.
I'm guessing this is due to Blizzard clamping down on bots. If they allow bots to farm gold more now than before with tokens it really could dent profits... What a pain.
16hrs botting and still going, made 12K gold, suicide botting, will Xfer the gold every 15k to supply my current "main" with a token or two before the 10 day's free runs out.
