Your reading comprehension sucks. Can you show me exactly where I said that reviewing 6 million accounts is the same as reviewing a million?

So since I guess I'm not an "IT", why don't you explain to me the difference between a bot and a hack. Are they injecting into the wow processes differently? Are they not circumventing Blizz's protection in the same way? I already know the answer to those questions, I just want to see what sort of nonsense you can come up with now. I'd love for you to explain how one can't be compared to the other.

You still haven't given a single, valid response to how x64 keeps us safer btw. I guess I'll wait patiently for that as well.

There are too many variables in determining what is happening, sure we can all take a guess, but I doubt there is any single process involved on blizzard's part in determining who is using a bot. As a collective our information/observations can be valuable to the hb team and that is all we can do. There really is no need to prove who is right without solid proof, so arguing is pointless.

Okay, let me run through a few extremely fair assumptions. If you disagree with any of these, I don't see the point of continuing this conversation with you.
      1) Majority of computers that run WoW are x64 architecture.
      2) WoW will automatically run the 32 or 64 bit client depending on what version of windows you have.
      3) The amount of people on x64 who need to run WoW in 32bit would be trivially small, so it's fair to say the majority of people forcing WoW to run 32bit on 64bit windows has large overlap with the botting community.

Alright, so with these axioms it would then be fair that Blizzard can reduce the amount of players to check activity. With this much reduced pool of accounts to check, they would be able to run more complicated heuristic techniques on.

So, this would mean that only having the 32bit bot would make it easier for Blizzard to mass check accounts. Since it is easier, it would be less safe.

Clearly, this doesn't necessarily mean they used this approach, but it's obviously feasible.

I dont know of any asian country that is in the top 5 healthiest countries, top 5 happiest countries, top 5 most educated countries, top 5 safest countries, etc etc... not sure what metric you are using for "quality of life", but its not what everyone else is.

Sure, the quality of life in that part of the world has increased, but thats because they come from such a low baseline. However, you cant really compare the two. Asia has a really really far way to go soon.

PS, Im from Africa :D No skin in the game.

Without derailing the topic too much, would mention just few links here.

It is not about how happy/healtysafe or educated some countries are, its about how their economy is running, and how wealthy they are, to be able to "supply" game corporations like Blizzard/Activision with happy customers/subscribers (Keep in mind, Mists of Pandaria was obviously developed to attract mostly asian customers, due to its content fully focused on their culture foundations)

Just check, who is involved in the top 7 charts - 4 out of 5 BRICS alliance.

Eek, guess you havent studied economics. GDP by itself is a HORRIBLE way to measure quality of life in a country. Unless things like the gini coefficient or GDP per capita are considered its a terrible metric.

A good example of why and how its terrible is by using my own country as an example. We are one of the BRICS countries as well. Since 94 our GDP has grown massively. However, our inequality has got worse. So yeah, money is coming into the country, but unless its being spent well (education, health, etc) it means very little. In my countries case the GDP has grown, but fewer people are benefiting from it.

Let me put it in an easy way to understand. You have boat loads of Africans trying to get into the EU... not Asia. Asias sun is rising, but it still has a very far way to go. Only a handful of countries in Asia have high qualities of lives (when compared globally). South Korea and Japan... and too a degree... Singapore are the only real developed economies (so their growth will be slower), the rest of the economies there are still developing.

Your comment that I responded to was about "quality of life". We can empirically show that the quality of life is significantly better in most western countries than eastern. Heck, even here in my country in Africa we are doing better than a lot of the Asian countries.

I often visit Asia as I am married to an Asian, so we are forever travelling to that part of the world. Ive seen with my own eyes how much work has to be done still. Im sure Asia will get this right, but dont pretend the quality of life is better there than say the Scandinavian countries. I dont know of one empirical metric that will support that view.

Yes, their GDP is growing nicely. it should. Theyre still developing. Your growth slows down once you are developed (as you see China becoming more developed its growth is going to slow down).
