IMO this bot isn't worth it. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

 

Is this project a lost cause?

 

Not at all. Apoc has taken over Dev of this project and is making everything background and actually work.

There will be a long period of time in which the AI for the bot will be retarded, but within a year it should be able to bot without much detection issues in most ELO's.

 

It depends on what you're hoping to get out of the bot.

the bot WILL earn you gold and xp, if you're willing to queue into other players. the bot will lose nearly 100% of all AI games. Essentially you need players to carry you, the bot is a fancy looking afk script that works on about half of the heroes. Unfortunately, its blatantly obvious that your'e botting, and with enough reports accumulated, I'm sure blizzard will take action eventually (I fully expect to be banned having used this bot quite a bit, just a matter of time).

the bot WILL NOT earn you a competitive edge in any pvp play. It functions far worse than the in game AI.

Will the bot be able to compete in pvp in the future? Probably, I just hope it will be on par with some of the league of legend products out there.

 

Well..

If you want to keep the project a little more lively, buy the product and wait until it's better. There's been a thread for a long time that has the project been forgotten and now when it's out, it's gets a shoutout, I dont find it very rational. They just want to get the product out because of demand. Usually they make great code, and other people make great CR to function with it. I bet this one will have paid CR's a lot more but much more intellectual than default. It's getting monopolized i guess, but the project's have always been terrible at first, because of demand and they really need more time and probably staff to handle these bots. Cant imagine a 4-5 group of people trying to run a business with this many products and all-going projects at their hands.

So....is it another one that REMAINS in Alpha forever? The Rift bot never got OUT of Alpha before it was abandoned. Tankbuddy.....Perpetual Alpha. Hey there's an idea, can I transfer my Rift & Tankbuddy keys to HOTS? Better yet, give us a "AlphaKey" so we can use all of the less-than-optimal software sold with the same key, lol. =)
