      I see for the W10 Technical preview they collected information - but as far as the functionality of the HearthBuddy will that (windows 10) affect it?

      I was running it on the beta of Windows 10 and it ran without a problem.

      I updated windows 10 pro. I had an issue bot didn't work. It stopped working after the key login.. How can I solve it?

      it's worked on an upgrade copy IME,

      if there's no log, check that you're using the 32bit game client (settings can change), and run the deps wizard for HB that checks you have all the necessary .Net files.

      you might need to reboot after that's completed.
