      Like Garrisonbutler as one example. I can deduce for myself the developer may have abandoned the project based on his unavailability compared to past activity levels. I get that the developers may have had issue with some new terms or whatever (not debating that). However, are the devs who aren't operating under your newest set of terms even capable of accessing or submitting their store products for updates and maintenance anymore? If they can not provide this upkeep any longer. I hope we can possibly agree in identifying where there might be a support issue to be handled on your end.

      If this isn't something that is going to be discussed I'd be happy to get a full refund on all my sessions and move on with life. Just want to add that (see my nickname) I love HB and appreciate everything that has been done. No hard feelings not trying to start any big deal or make a drama. I was not banned in May and have no repressed anger issues I'm working through. :)

      I agree with this. I have purchased two products that the developer no longer supports, nor do they even work and paid $40+ for them. I'd like my money back, but I'm doubtful that'll ever happen.

      Just to clarify I understand this users sentiment, but that isn't what I asked for. I know the money paid to the dev is gone, I was referring to my sessions. Even then only if the devs who released old products are still being allowed access to keep products maintained. If they are being prohibited this then I am requesting a refund.

      Personal note: I'm not holding any illusions over my eyes. I doubt its likely to happen, but I've mostly stood by HB because they were ultimately a business with a model I understood and appreciated even in its rough patches because it was a product I had already paid for and was continually being delivered with amazing support and upkeep. Just seems like this might not be the case with the way things have gone down. People are blaming devs and bad store terms, but ultimately this is a business and hosting and manpower isn't cheap. People need to eat and pay rent. The rub is that maybe the old devs aren't being given resources to do the right thing...?

      This isn't about all that though, I just want clarification on my support request and the one major question.

      I've got a list full of things no longer being supported that I have paid for. Very disturbing.
