[QB][N] Frostfire Ridge Voidtalon Mount *Ultra Rare Mount* Ok this is my first script so please go easy on me. Firstly I wish to thank WrathofGod. As it was his script I used as a template base to do this. Also thanks to katzerle for his Rarekiller Plugin. And rarekillerupdate1 for the update. Botbase: Questbot. Repairs: Yes and sells trash. Create a Rarekiller Folder in Plugins and use SVN Checkout. SVN is https://subversion.assembla.com/svn/wowhbrares/ Again thanks to katzerle for his Rarekiller Plugin. Enable Rarekiller plugin. In plugin settings turn on Voidtalon of the Dark Star. This runs all currently known spawn points for the Edge of Reality portal in Frostfire Ridge. At present there are four known. I have included in the script an option for you to change if you want it to run the Hotspots randomly or to the Set Path. If you want it to run the set path leave script as is. If you wish to make it run the Hotspots randomly, edit <RandomizeHotspots>False</RandomizeHotspots> to True. Set to Random makes it less obvious of Botting. By Default Randomize Hotspots is set to False If you don't want it to run to the last Hotspot, remove it. As the fourth spot is up Stonefury Cliffs and quite a distance from the other three. I left it in and use it as it also Farms the Bloodmaul Ogres as it goes for Frostwolf Clan Rep and Apexis Crystals. Also you are not lingering in a small area. Less chance of being Ganked. Recommend having Kill Mobs between Hotspot enabled and Loot Mobs also enabled in your HB settings. As I'm new to scripting and have not been able to figure out how to manipulate the portal and click the button to access the Scenario, then manipulate the Egg. I have used the Rarekiller plugin to do this. Unfortunately this part is untested as of yet I have not had the Edge of Reality portal pop for me. Am still running and waiting to see. Everything else is running as expected. The Edge of Reality Portal is only accessible by the first person to click it and only once per account. To Do: Figure out how to manipulate the Edge of Reality portal and click the button to access the Scenario, then manipulate the Egg without the need for the Rarekiller Plugin. Good Luck. How to find it? The first step to this pretty purple bird is to find a portal called the Edge of Reality. This portal looks like a purplish smoky arch, and can be more or less vibrant and visible, depending from the angle and the location (dark background...). The one I found looked pretty dull and grey, whereas others look a bright white-purple. It can not be targeted directly, but if you mouse over it, the tooltip says Edge of Reality. One portal is up at a certain time, on a certain server, for a duration of around 3-5 minutes (to be confirmed). When to find a portal and how often does it spawn? The best way to find a portal is right after a server reset. From the records most portals either spawn immediately, or about an hour after the reset. Some people say that they had a portal despawn on them and have it respawn at the same place after about an hour, but that might be good luck. Only one portal spawns per server, and if it's taken by a person who came from another server through realm-hopping, then that was it for that server, for a few hours at least. NEW! It appears 48 hrs is NOT the shortest respawn time (from getting it til it respawns on the same server), a player on Ravencrest (confirmed!) got it after 46 hours 11 minutes. It has also been mentioned that a player have had a 13 hour respawn timer (confirmed!). There is four spawn points on average for each area across Draenor. And it spawns randomly at anyone of those points. Hence why it is Ultra Rare and takes a lot of luck to find it. What happens when I find one? Only one player can enter the portal, by clicking on it. He will then be greeted by the message that he is now queued for scenarios. Then, you enter the actual Edge of Reality and find a dead voidtalon, with an egg that you can loot. That's it
IT WORKS!! Sort of. Rarekiller sets off an Alarm when it detects Edge of Reality Portal. It does NOT interact with the Portal itself. You have to access it manually, enter the Scenario and collect the egg.
