      All as usual for 1 year.

      No any antivirus. Windows 8.

      HB is clear install.

      Yep, as usual, zip version. I never download install version :(

      also, if I try to start old version and it try to update it have those error:

      Settings folder in HB? I have clear instal HB.

      Also, with your guide to clear all cache.

      yes, but there was a new version between then and now, so upload a new log.

      Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
      Look for:
      - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
      - microsoft .net framework 4 extended
      - microsoft .net framework 4.5.x
      - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
      - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


      and Uninstall them if they are installed.
      Restart your PC.

      run both as administrator.
      after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
      Then do one last restart.

      Interesting situation:
      When I trying to delete Microsoft .NET Framework there no any framework in Programs and Components. Just C++. But I know that it on my PC. I installed it and without it HB was not working.
      So I restarted my PC. And run your second link to install framework and I recieved message that .NET Framework 4.5 is already installed on my PC.

      try disabling your anti-virus or anti-malware if your running one. something is blocking access and not allowing honorbuddy to write the settings files it needs.

      I dont have any antivirus. I deleted all. Now I have only windows defender on my Windows 8 which is turned off..
