      Dear support,

I wanted to start HB as I usually do via hbrelog to do the garrison stuff. However, on both accounts and the same key (it's merged to two sessions) it says that I can't connect to the auth servers because it's cra-cked.

As I bought both keys on your website and as I'm the first owner, I guess that ain't right and there's some sort of error preventing me from connecting to the auth servers.

Any ideas? There's been no steps I initiated yet.

      Greetings,

      Jones

      first.
Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
      http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

      then

are you sure the key your trying to use is the same one listed on the buddyauth website? are you sure theres no spaces before or after your key?

if your sure, try flushing your dns

reset your host file back to default.
