I've been wondering: When I do maps I usually have a stack of Chances with me for items like Glorious Plate, Vaal Axe etc. So when a white item falls I'll chance it and in most cases it just becomes a bad magic item and hence I throw it away immediately again. I was wondering if the bot could do something like this as well.
You can certainly get the bot to pick up those specific items- as for the "use" the chace orb I'm not sure if the bot is capable of using that specific item. Although its quite possible it can. If it can it would be quite easy to setup. and if it cant it wouldn't be hard for the devs to add the feature, as it can already use currency such as scrolls.

it should chance in the map.... if it turns out blue, just drop it in order to not fill the inventory unnecessarily.
The strongbox crafting script pretty much does exactly this - I imagine someone with the know how would be able to convert it to specific whites. Although you'd then have to write your lootfilter around this as well
