Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel. Look for: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft .net framework 4.5.x - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable and Uninstall them if they are installed. Restart your PC. install this https://www.thebuddyforum.com/relea...-dependency-wizard-post704565.html#post704565 and this http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=40773 run both as administrator. after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ Then do one last restart.
Done all that you wrote. Dont help View attachment 2476 2015-09-06 18.29.txt Interesting situation: When I trying to delete Microsoft .NET Framework there no any framework in Programs and Components. Just C++. But I know that it on my PC. I installed it and without it HB was not working. So I restarted my PC. And run your second link to install framework and I recieved message that .NET Framework 4.5 is already installed on my PC.
try disabling your anti-virus or anti-malware if your running one. something is blocking access and not allowing honorbuddy to write the settings files it needs.
I dont have any antivirus. I deleted all. Now I have only windows defender on my Windows 8 which is turned off..
