Hi! I bought some profiles a month ago, now that my key expired I bought a new one and now all my profiles are gone.... Help me please!
Yes they are. But the key I got when I purchased second time isn't on buddyauth page. And I cannot submit it there either "Key already claimed"
because when you checked out, you probably used a different e-mail. so the new key got put under that e-mail attached to THAT buddyauth account. your going to have to e-mail support. support@thebuddyforum.com make sure you include both of your keys
