Hi, Fearce, If you have previously bought something at our (or another) website that uses our payment provider, and 'reversed the charge', rather than go through a 'refund' process, you may be out of luck. "Reversing a charge" is an activity used heavily by those committing fraud. Over 90% of charge reversal activity is used to commit fraud. As such, if a charge is reversed for a product, our payment provider puts you on an internal 'fraud' list, and will refuse to allow payment using that method in the future. Once on the fraud list, the payment provider will no longer clear payments using that payment method. We're not certain anything can be done about this. Your only real option is to use another form of payment. If you have NOT reversed a charge, you should contact support@thebuddyforum.com, and see if they can provide any more information as to why the payment is being declined. cheers, chinajade
