Why is there so much hostility around people asking questions when they do not understand the status of HB ? Every day new players are added to the HB group and every time something changes these same new players will have questions. Remember for many this is their first experience with a patch so asking "Why isn't my bot working" or "Is it safe? " is a perfectly logical question. Especially when there isn't anything explicitly telling them what the problem is. Now the request.

Devs would it be possible to make the error message that pops up when HB is unable to connect to WOW because of a patch a bit more descriptive ? Certainly the mechanic that makes the bot unable to attach is capable of reporting back that it can not attach because the WoW client version has changed in some way. This could then be reported back to the user by a method such as "The bot can not attach because the WoW client has changed. Devs are working on an update. Check the forum" or something along those lines.

Devs another small request. Not everyone understands the "Test" naming convention. Maybe when you put out a test version you could include a little boilerplate that explains what the test version is and what the average user should do at that point.

The Devs and Mods do a great job but sometimes I think people forget what it was like when they were brand new and scared of doing something to lose their accounts. Take a second and breathe before you respond. The person on the other end might be just as new as you once were.
