I just bought something , money taken from paypal , received confirmation and order number ect on email but i dont have access to it and i still have the option " buy " on the store , something happend for sure , can i have a contact address so i fix this ?

So after 5 hours not even a word from staff ......even when you see them replying other posts , guess i need to ask for refund then.

I didn't.

I got an answer from the creator of the product, not from Bossland. As my post states...

 

I have sent them 4 emails 1 PM to tony and mafe a forum and sill haven't received that bloody key!

 

so has anyone successfully received their product?

What its hard to understand is.....many people got this problem JUST TODAY , several posts from various people are open and still 0 reply from staff.

 

confirmed you guys, I contacted that address and mentioned which ones I purchased and they were activated within 10 minutes
