      Need some help...

I am goin to be boosting my character from level 60 to level 90. Doing so, will allow me to pick up two professions and have them skill up to level 600.

What are the two best professions to pickup? I am looking for non-gathering professions, since I can always throw on Gatherbuddy to pick up skills in mining/herbalism on a future character.

When I ask "The best..." I am referring to, which would be the best money making-wise as well as personal benefits for that specific character.

I was thinking Enchanter and jewel-crafting, but I have not used professions in so long, that I do not know which would be a good pair to pickup.

      Thanks in advance!!

As of wod professions are obsolete. And jewel crafting is no longer a viable profession to make money on since sockets are super rare and getting good gem cuts are even rarer. So now it don't matter.

What a mistake by Blizzard in my oppinion 50% of ther reason I played by hand was for professions and having fun doing that ..they really dumbed things down and made it too repetative for hand playing anymore. IDK why they would want to kill bots ..it will soon be 70% or more of the population

So, are you guys saying I should just level this character all the way to 100 with the bot and not waste a power level on a level 60? I am horrible with making these decisions, it really is pointless in what professions you choose now a days?

somebody please give some much needed wisdom, lol

well i had two free boosts... so i used them to lvl 0's to 90 and than lvl'd 10 lvls by bot to 100..... if you are going to pay for a boost then its not worth it.

I have the free boost that is included with the purchase of WoD.

So, I am level 60 right now. If I choose to use the level boost to 90, it will give me skill level 600 on any two professions I pick. The problem I have right now, is that I do not know which professions to pick.

      Help with this, anybody??

professions are still good to have, i like having an enchanter handy just incase, also tailoring, i went with alchemy and engeneering(optional for now)

the others i havent heard much about but i do like having alts with utility, even if this expansion doesnt have much to do with professions dont let an opportunity which you can take easy advantage of pass you by(lvling to 60 and getting free professions boosts) legion will surely have content for professions

Thanks for the advice. I decided to pickup Enchating/Jewelcrafting as the two professions to skill up. I'm sure I'll be able to make gold or get some kind of benefit from these professions. Thanks again!!
