People seems to become rather paranoid when it comes to what kind of Hardware-ID's Blizzard is capable of grabbing of your computer. Unless the client itself is doing some really fishy tracking of your system it wont make much sense that Blizzard is able to tag your hardware in any meaningful way. If this was the case, why would they ever need things like msinfo reports, dxdiag reports and what not in order to help you out with technical difficulties.

Neither the World of Warcraft client, nor the Battle.net client itself requires administrative privileges in order to run on your system, and without any administrative privileges there is no way Microsoft / Windows would let an application scan for any sufficient details on your computer, let alone your hardware and it's ID's in such a degree that Blizzard is capable of pining down whether someone is playing from the where same machine/hardware.

The only thing Blizzard should be capable of tracking is your external-IP and the MAC-address of the WAN-port on your modem / router, and perhaps even the MAC-address of the network card on your specific system. Anything else sound like pure paranoia if you ask me.

If you are botting on multiple accounts and make sure each and every account is created, and used on it's very own external-IP (using VPN and / or Proxy) you should be safe in-terms of hardware / network tagging from Blizzards part. This does not mean that you wont see all your bots banned at the same time. Blizzard might still have various ways to tag bots and if you are botting in a team it won't really help if all your accounts have their own IP-address if you are using the same characters, in the same team, doing the same content over and over again, day in and day out. And if you start transferring money between these accounts, I'll bet Blizzard keeps logs of such transactions and the moment one of the bots gets flagged it won't take long before Blizzard is able to spot various things that seem to link the accounts even-though they might have different IP-Addresses.

€200 PC + VPN with its own IP not linked to other computers. Run 5 accounts on this.
In my opinion at least. If they wipe you, they wipe the entire IP-adress usually. Sometimes they miss an account or two.
