Would be nice if you watched Developers Activity once in a while.
I got several bugs and none are responded to, not in personal message, not in mail
, not even last week, some not even 2 weeks.

I can see some are afk for 2 months, then come back on a sad excuse and afk again
for weeks. I believe in some service if i buy a routine, and i bought quite some lately.

If a developer isnt monitoring his thread, for weeks, and not even a message i think his
profiles should be locked in the store. Deffo when theres bugs listed in his threads that are
      not being taken care off.

I know we all can have our things, but im positive this is more im bored with wow
and come back once in a blue moon to check then something else.

      thanks.

      let the rage begin...

HB and developers wonder why they aren't making money. While Alisha and Millz are responding and updating ASAP and earning the most. To be brutally honest, HB is in a tough spot with developers. It needs them to make the bot worthwhile, while at the same time it can't be too restrictive or "you must respond within 2 business days" without winding up some of the greasy elitest development neckbeards (probs not allowed to call specific dev's out)

you sound so entitled, as long as you got the product you paid for then you have no room to complain..all software have bugs deal with it

In most cases the product we were sold needs updating or bug fixes. So please explain to me how it is "Entitled" to expect that to happen, in a timely fashion?

I agree with the OP. There is a multitude of shit profiles being sold that need serious attention. HB claims that there is a two year obligation to sell a product on the store, yet I feel that this is being skirted around. And it is not "entitled" to demand a working project. If I wanted half working junk, I would write it myself :)

It has everything to do with being entitled.

There is a clear difference between for example, a developer having some bugs and fixing within a week AND

Zakantor who sold people copies of his "online bot interactive AH" which would allow you to trade and check data as easily as you do for traded securities.

Its the simple agreement; I pay you the money upfront on the condition you provide and update the product to an appropriate standard. If HB feel that standard can be garbage after a few weeks because of updates breaking aspects of purchased products, then I don't see HB lasting too much longer.

Same as before; its tough to run a bot that relies upon third party development, while also providing a fair and open framework to the dev's, so the greasy neckbeards don't feel like its anything more than "a bit of fun" that they can hide behind their computers from.
