Do you have gc 2 enabled?

A special command line argument that affects how the client manages memory.

For trying to figure out client crashes, first try a clean PoE install (redownload entire GGPK from scratch), check your graphics drivers for updates (or downgrades if the crashes happened after an update), and make sure to not have any programs running that affect the client itself (like overlays and whatnot). Some crashes are skill related, so if you're consistently crashing with a single character build, try a different set of skills and see if the issue goes away or not.

Lastly, check the Bug Reports section on the PoE forums and see if you can find anyone with similar issues. Crash reports are automatically reported to GGG, so if you have a common issue, it should eventually be resolved.

Seems like it`s memory leak on POE causing those crashes, even tho windows doesnt show 100% usage, game is leaking

You can also try to delete the folder in documents/my games/path of exile because i have seen somewhere that the crashes may be happening due to the old cfg.ini file . I have tried that and it helped me.
