  • Problem with key purchase.

      So I purchased a one month key about a week ago, and I've been using it for questing and such no problem, but I went to add something from the buddy store (A free profile) and it's giving me the error "
      Purchase failed. You don't own an active key for Honorbuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to and your keys are used at least once. "
      Is there a way to update this myself, or do I have to get in touch with a dev?

      When you login to buddyauth and see your key there being active it should be possible to add free profiles to it.
      Please make sure you use the same buddyauth account your active key is on.
      If this is the case but you still cannot add things to it, please contact support@thebuddyforum.com
      Forum support cannot check key or payment related things for you, sorry.
