      I've had my money refunded 4 times now because this support is horrendous. I asked for my first payment to be refunded through PayPal because I was having troubles with the email. Now I pay directly with credit card and it's just refunded without me saying a word and all the support agent "Joro" does is keep trying to refer me to Chinese payment websites, which I obviously can't use even though they support over 400 different Asian cards! Can someone even explain why it's advertised that non-asian payment methods can be used if they actually can't? Not to mention it takes them over 24 hours to just simply copy paste a reply in either email or a support ticket, I've tried both.

      Please double check that the address you are using matches exactly with the address on the card, some people have made the mistake of using auto fill, and while other sites will allow the purchase to go through it can trigger a fraud check and fail manual approval if its not exactly as your CC has listed on file.

      Also if you are using any kind of gift card, please log onto that website and input the address you wish to have.

      Hi, Have you email support@thebuddyforum.com and if so did you get a ticket number. If so please can you tell me it so I can get this looked in to. Also support for purchases can only be handled threw the support email address. Thanks :)
