Well, guys, I must say that hardware bans do exist in this game. I had 5 accounts that had been running for more than a month then I decided to add 5 more and got banned within 2 days. Since then I tried to start 5 new bots as safe as possible and still got banned almost instantly (within 2 days). Reinstalled OS, WoW, spoofed MAC, changed Hdd volume Id, changed Ip of course – nothing helped. Today I got another ban on my 3 fresh accounts. Maybe someone encountered the same problem... is there any way to hide from blizzard except buying completely new PC? P.S. Ban reason is "Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy"
I have a question to ask do u run IP V6 for your network protocol if you do then u are sending everything to blizzard like mac and ip of the pc
I think the dev team have said these do nothing waste of time but I would do a search on forum for it
From my experience with a massive amount of bots on 1 location, each VM minimizes the risk of Hardware banns massively if you use good vpns. theyll never flag your Hardware id because youll run only 1 bot in those vms. I mean I had 40 bots running during a time where hb user were posting ban reports every day and gms were sitting next to gundrak/naxx etc. and started banning those bots at least once a week, if you started running 5-10 accs on 1 pc, most bots didnt make it a week, 1 was caught and the gm saw instantly that you had 9 more running....and my 40 accs made it 4 months until a GM investigated Ulduar by hand. And there was no profile out there, only my self written one for Nemesisbot.
in WoD you could run them with 1.5 gb ram and 1 core 1 thread, with legion its worse, 2x4930k@48gb= 18 vms, 1x5960x@64gb = 24 vms, even more were possible during 6.x but I was using Nemesis bot and in vms the cpu load was a bit higher in comparison to HB, with hb I could run 22 on the 4930k and 29 on the 5960x, with legion its not possible anymore, its something like 18 now on my 5960x.
