      When I pay something then I expect to receive information...If the iptv does not work then you pay then expect to receive the information...

      They "know", or at least, a Staff member said they was aware.

      Else, I doupt you can get more details.
      But feel free to wait Tony's answer, or another staff member's one. Or even contact the support, who know... ;)
