      Hi,

      After a long absence, I updated HB to the latest version and I am having a problem with seeing the Buddy Store Profile Browser. It's blank. I have everything set to stream in the buddy store and have accessed the buddy store directly from HB. Also, I can run the levelling profile just by hitting the start button..

      Additionally, I found that I had an older client installed that is broken and I can't remove or repair (not sure if it was related) The new one I just downloaded as a zip file

      so you cant open Bstore via Hb?

      can you from your browser?

      Sorry, to clarify - The buddy store itself works fine in HB. I just can't load any profiles from there.

      Load Profile > From Buddy Store > Buddy Store Profile Browser appears but has nothing in it. I know 100% I am streaming profiles to it and they should be there. I reset my cache using https://wiki.thebuddyforum.com/index.php?title=Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache_corruption_problems

      Second issue is I have an old, "broken" HB install that I can't repair, remove or install over the top of. My current HB client is running from the zip file download instead. Attachment of removal error also included.

      are you sure you are trying to use the acc you have purchases under?

      Hi Tony,

      I think that nailed it.. I had a few old accounts (with lifetime) and I have purchased HB under the wrong account (not the one with my store purchases). Is it possible to move the key to the correct account? Happy to reply to emails sent to both accounts to prove ownership.

      What I did was move my forum username to a new email address (a long time ago), but forgot to do the buddystore, so now they aren't both under the same account, but have the same account name.

      I started a private conversation to give you details of the email addresses and key, so I can prove ownership of both.
