Combat Routine Prot Warrior Question

Greetings folks,

i was looking for a good combat routine for my prot warrior.

I saw those two:

but the seccond one is for firehack and i didnt use it till this date.

My question, which of those two are better? I want a combat routine doing dps routine for my tank, kicking and moving will be my work.
