30 days and still unable to login. The only thing it says is "Logging in..." and "Latency to server xxx ms". I am not able to do anything after this.

Removed message from Tony, who wrongly assumed that people from the US can not use Buddy products.

true dat, with all the legal shizzle my brain got burned :p

      sorry about that

do you have any firewall/antivirus enabled?
and if you have, have you tried to set proper exceptions?

also have you tried to flush your dns or use google dns instead?

I've turned off every firewall and antivirus software known to mankind on my computer. Still doesn't work. You've asked me these questions in a previous thread. You told me to skype you in which I did. After trying to get a response from skype for 3 weeks, you told me to post my log files in a forum post. It is a cycle that has over 30 days without resolution.

The newest piece of info that you offered was to flush dns. I just attempted that. It did not affect the outcome of HonorBuddy. It still says "Logging in..."

there is something on your machine blocking the connection to our servers

are you on a limited or wireless network?
      any other network tools installed?
have you tried google dns instead?

My connection is straight into a router (wired). I have removed any restrictions from my router. I just attempted google dns and restarted my pc. Nothing has changed.

I have went to the extent of disabling all firewalls and antivirus software, removing and reinstalling honorbuddy, bypassing my router and plugging my pc directly into the modem.

Yes. I have tried it on both machines. At this point, all I am asking for is a refund. I have no clue what else to do.
