      So on the day of the patch I bought a new code for a week, but now I'm reading that the Bot won't be updated to work until at least next week (which I completely understand, being a student dev myself). Now I realise this might not be the right place to ask, but I was wondering if there is any kind of refund policy considering updates and the time they take to get HB up and running again?

      yes, they do refunds, but if youre patient and don't mind waiting they almost always credit the downtime to peoples accounts so you should get your week long bots time back once the bot starts up again.
