i got a "key already claimed" error over and over for my account. the key says inactive in my susbcriptions. however, since honorbuddy has no immediate support available and i'm rather impatient i just went ahead and filed a dispute for it + the dailly quester i bought. since honorbuddy offers refunds hopefully this won't be a big deal. if you want to keep customers, get a better support system.
If you are trying to attach a key to your account ( the one you were emailed after your purchased ), that is not how it works. Your key is automatically attached to whatever email you used to purchase it. If that email is different then the email you use here ( and on buddyauth ), then you have to email support and ask them to fix it. Of coarse, I am only assuming that is what your issue might be since you don't really provide much detail, but seems to be a common problem.
The worst thing you can do is fill a dispute when there is no real reason for it. If the reason is only impatience that is NOT a reason Use support@thebuddyforum.com for all key or payment related issues. Forum support cannot assist you.
Looks like now your out a Bot and the Money until the processing goes thru. Nothing in your hands, I would be salty too. Maybe you shoulda used some common sense.
