      Hello all!

      Just purchased the buddy yesterday and cannot seem to get past the login screen. I have entered my buddy code, but it just refreshes the login each time. I have also tried the 64 bit version with less success.

      I have browsed through the forums for others experiencing this and am wondering if the buddy is still down awaiting a Stormblood update, or if the problem is something else on my end. Any insight would be lovely.

      Thinking I should just go with a refund since nobody seems to have any answers for me.

      I have the same problem too, not sure what is wrong with it.

      @Tony : I already contacted support, they told me it was a technical issue, your next question : Are the prerequisites installed? Answer : Yes. The login just refreshes and does not seem to attach to client. Doing a completely new folder has not so far resolved the issue either. I have tried 32B and 64B and both just have the same issue.

      Thank you Nexxy. That appears to have solved the login issue. Just don't have ExBuddy.
