Login failed Tripwire

Happy that the update finally was out, tried starting the program after downloading all the requirements (from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/threads/honorbuddy-v3-0-889.404953/). But didnt get far, error message:
Login Failed
Tripwire is currently active. Please go to our forums for more information.
Tried searching forums but cant find anything helpful.

I am having the same issue I logged in just after getting the newest update as well and what do you know another Tripwire... is this serious? You guys might as well give refunds this has not been live in months.... or it hasn't been for me. Please fix.

Keep calm and wait. Its better to wait a few days more then get banned.

 

Haha ive been banned 3 times... Soooo that fact I use this still is crazy but like I am patient it's literally been down every single time ive tried to log on.

 

Maybe you don't understand, Tripwire was activated AFTER the release. They did not release a version they thought was unsecure. Meaning blizzard updated, or changed something big enough to set this off within 2-3 hours of the official beta/release of HB. The timing is very suspicious or just extremely bad luck. Either way its better to be on the safe side and wait. No one cares how many times one has been banned, they want to prevent bans as much as possible.

Ever wonder if Blizzard has a spy at HonorBuddy? Maybe they are somehow hacking into them but the timing does not seem coincidental.

 

this is a somewhat public forum/bot, they have an eye on it for sure. thats why we dont get too much information about updates
