      I keep getting this when trying to download the new version, any quickfix or do I just reinstall?

      Its up in the windows memory. Kill its process or if you are not friendly how to, just restart computer.

      Thats what I got out of it as well, no process running and I did restart but I kept getting the issue. I reinstalled anyway and its good :)
