[A - Rep] Faldir's Cove - Bloodsail Reputation

This profile is for grinding of reputation for Bloodsail Buccaneers. Useful for Bloodsail Admiral Achievement and "The Insane" Feat of strength. This is a very simple profile which can be used for either horde or alliance as there is no mail / vendor support.

I've seen at least one other profile for this area, however that one would drop below the dock nearly every loop only getting around 250 kills an hour. With this profile at level 85 I am currently getting 600+ kills an hour after testing for 3+ hours. Estimated time from full hated to honored is around 8 hours. (its a little less as I calculated every kill at 5 honor a kill and there are two mobs that spawn every 5 minutes or so that give 25 honor per kill).

Recommended Levels: 38+
Pull Distance: (Tested at 10 to avoid running onto the boat)
Mail Support: No
Repair Support: No

I ran this with loot turned off, looting takes to long and would slow the faction grind down unless you really want it turned on I recommend not doing so.

What CC are you using? I went from hated to 11999 honored with this profile using FPSware warrior cc.

 

i turned on at war with the faction but everyone is friendly for me

 

i can attack them with AoE spells only, they are friendly with anything else

 

Guys you have to be neutral to single shot them. You have to farm this by hand but i takes no time to get to neutral reputation with Booty bay. You loose 25 rep per kill

I find that this profile ignores a lot of mobs

 

PS: And when I say that, I mean it just stands there with mobs up and doesn't attack them for a LONG time.

 

the exact same thing is happening with me, im trying to get it figured out now, I made a post about it and Tony is taking a look at it right now seeing if i screwed somthing up or there is a bug with the bot. CLICK HERE TO SEE IT Far as I can tell the targetting system is malfunctioning at least for my mage and probably for ranged players as well. Since this thing runs up to and through the mobs. I've tried this profile and FunFranco's along with three different CC's for mages. Amplify 1.6.5 seems to work better than singular or the default but regardless of combination somthing is causing this whole farming process to go very slowly.

If only I could put my toon on top of the Moor's (<Hotspot X="-2094.951" Y="-2053.285" Z="5.203962" />) directly between the two fast respawning pirates and Arcane Explosion when they spawn and Ice lance Shakes and First Mate Nilzlix till the Capitan and other guy respawned. That would be so much faster and efficant

 

sorry for the double post . I think I resolved the issue. Pull distance MUST be modified to 10 down from 20 for this to work. I re-read the posters post and changed that my toon is now pulling without wasteing time consistently. No more running around no more blacklisting.

 

Yup, if you don't adjust down your pull range it will try to pull the guys that are inside the boat and HB can't navigate to them cleanly. So 10 yards it is or you will only kill a few every minute.

 

for all of those ppl wanting to do the bloodsail admiral title achievement (and get the hat and pirate clothes), i have made a questing profile that does everything for you (except put you at war with BB). It uses Faldir's cove. check my blog for the profile

using this profile for ~ 2 hours now, 400 kills / hour, not bad. gonna run it overnight, see how it goes.

edit: one problem i did see was it would go behind the little pier pillars, LOS me, and continue to try to attack, not move to it.

 

This works perfect for me. I set it on Grind Bot and it farms the lil cove killing shake, goblins, and the dudes by the camp fire. Flawless. Way better then the profile they had for Pirox where it just killed shakes even though I got to half way friendly using it this woulda cut my time in half. If you are range dps I suggest you put your range to around 20-26 is the max that I found it will successfully shot the target cause of the docks being higher then the ground when u run to kill campfire guys.

will this farming decrease reputation with steamwedle cartel ? in what order do i complete The Insane achievement reputation ,can someone help me please

 

profile works fine but sometimes it'll fall into the ***** on the dock next to shakes and either get stuck there or fall through the water and find it's way out. so I don't think this is 100% afk ;(
