Badlands :: Mining and Herbalism :: 125-255+ by Dreike

Can't get this profile to work. Don't know what i'm doing wrong, he just wont move. Wierd

EDIT: Now it's working, i removed the first one, and named it just "badlands". The otherone was named "badlands 125-2xx"
Maybe that's why it didn't work (the space between badlands and 125)

 

when you frist get there you have to get your herb up above 160 befor you can get alot of the stuff the mining there is little iron ore there but when i run it all my guy wants to do is run along the hill so he never gets iron ore only mithril and i cant get that so you need to make it where it can go into the mittle of the map and if it get stuck in one of the holes out there that it can get out

 

Profile works quite good, only hade one stuck, but the sad thing about the whole badlands profile is the terrible spawn rate of any mining nodes in badlands. Not the profile writers fault.

 

Works very well, but it's definitley not for 125 Herbalism. I came here at 150 and i can still only harvest very little of the herbs offered here in the Badlands.

 

You can herb at these area from 205+

what distance used for this ?

 

i use 25 yards on ground mounts

 

I suggest Leveling Herb till 225 with the Wetlands profile (worked like a charm) and have Mining leveled till 150 at least with dawkser's profile before using this.. Other than that really nice profile =)

 

I ran this for about 2 hours yesterday and it really didn't pick up many nodes (6 mithril ores, 20 tin), I tried the Hinterlands one after which seemed a bit better but the mobs were a bit high level for my pally so when it pulled 3-4 i kept dying.

So ATM I don't see any particularly good leveling runs, however I never got stuck on this one, except it just runs into the mountain if you start in Kargath.

 

Screw this GB sucks without flying mounts. Smelting to 300

 

220-230 in Mining with only smelting costs you A HUGE amount of gold

This profile is bad for me :S on my paladin it just : run stop run stop run stop every 20yd :S

 

This profile is completely useless for herbing. I have maybe 20 nodes on the map that my pally has picked up and his herbing is 195...took him probably 16 hours to get there. And i hand level 170 to 185 myself in 15 minutes.

 

Hey m8 thnx for the profile, only found a downer. Its skipping a lotta orenodes, once even walked over a node and didnt do a thing. Dunno if its GB or the profile.

 

Thanks man, work fine for me. Start with 125, get to 150 with Iron, melt them down, bought some gold to get to 175, and then back on your road! nice

 

130 mining runngin this profile. VERY FEW nodes out in this area. Been running for 20 min now and only hit 2 nodes. Better off smelting to a higher level and using a diff profile. Thanks though.
