      Everytime i like to let run HB he says that to me.

      What is wrong? I have the new version 1.23.

      are you sure that you are trying to log with your shop user and pass?

      Yes, iam runnig HB since December anything was fin but now it is broken.

      if you still have the login issue ask for a pass reset on shop

      Dosent fix the problem still Autorisation failed.

      Remove proxy form your IE.

      Clean install dosent help, CAPS is off.
      Oroxy on IE? I dont use internet explorer.

      Try going into your IE settings -> connections -> LAN settings(or something) and uncheck everything except the top one which says something like automaticly identify settings. That's what did it for me;)

      try a pw reset on the shop site? i could be wrong but i think the forums and shop PWs are diffrent.

      I reset the PW but in the shop it dosent show me any service in have payed for HB and GB and now a cant use nothing. Can everybody from the staff help me please!

      I have the exact same issue.
      Can log in with 1.23

      open internet explorer, browse to the shop site, and see if it will connect, if not could be a dozen different problems

      if it does let me know and i'll go through possible solutions if not i'll dream up some other possible reason but lets get the obvious out of the way.

      if one of the mods reckons its okay it might be a good idea to GO to the direct https site and see if you can login, but these may be locked down and hidden on purpose so i'm not telling you them :)

      Yes i can go to the logonwebsite and logon wit IE. But when i look on my services ion the website there is no HB and GB in my services list, it tels me "
      No results for your search were found.


      Now tell ho did here anything wrong? ;D

      look at your paid invoices on the shop site. my active does not show any either, never has.

      Yes it loks like your but HB und GB don like to connect both say Autentication failed. Has everybody els any guesses?

      Nice gues with the debugwindow. I found the Failure. My pc was in year 2003. lol no it goes again. THANKS AT ALL!

      If nothing from above helped, that means you should better scan your computer for keyloggers.
      Most likely someone is already using your acc on HB.
