Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: Support - Battle.net Support

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at Blizzard Entertainment: Blizzard Legal Documentation. Good for you, Since i monitor all my accounts 100% i fail to see where i have gone wrong with only doing it 10 hours a day max, i was always the guy who never did anything risky and ive never once received a whisper from a player in like 3 months of solid day in day out botting, So im just saying be careful, now i will just start again

I had this the other day I phoned up blizz and just said I tried to log my account and it says it's banned, before I could say anything else the guy on the phone says "Sounds like your account has been compromised" I just went along with it and was unbanned after photo shopping my ID to the name on the account after 20mins.

Learn 2 read before u start flaming.
He said 16 accounts not 16 computers...
Anyway, I found it strange that u got banned on all pc's . If u said that you used different ip's, its kinda strange that you got so many banned. What's the link between the accounts?
I had 3 taken down yday. They basically made up a story that they know for sure that I am botting and they pointed out even character names and dates. But the funny thing is that one of the chars wasnt logged in at all on that day. I personally think these bans are automated.

Maybe you play on a pentium E6600 computer. However us normal people play on computers which are able to run 10-30 accounts.

unfortunately by phone doesnt help. I tried.. and most of the times I got the answer "I cant see the reason why you got banned, I have to escalate this ticket for a GM to review it"

Check out my post from the information I gathered. Also, appeal right away. The rep told me on the phone that not appealing right away raises a flag for them.

This. There are people that work less than that per day, 10 hours per day is way bottish, it's not a job.

So how's the appeal going on your accounts? I like how people are so quick to run here and whine about the ban, but then they never mention any kind of appeal.

You might not get them all back, but I bet you get at least half with simple appeals.
