Ok, what i can say is that different tabs with some bots are not working for me, for example the Health/Mana Chart tab, its not working for me with "Gatherbuddy2" but with "Questingbot" it works perfect, no idee why, is there someone who can confirm that problem or is it just for me?

I love this project but its a bit silly not to include notification since not everyone will be looking at their monitor 24/7 but I guess BuddyProwl supplements this nicely. Is there any plan updates soon?

Works like a charm on the computer where i run the honorbuddy program, but when i try to connect JGlideMon on my laptop i keep getting this - "Unable to connect to localhost:3200 - connection refused: connect"
Port is set to 3200 in the GliderRmoteCompat plugin and i am useing the same password that i set in the plugin.
Im properly just missing out on sumthing simple - help much appreciated :)

If you are trying to access JGlideMon on your local network (i.e. while at your house when the computer running JGlideMon is on the same network as your iphone/other computer you want to view the web page on) you need to find the local IP address for the computer that JGlideMon is running on.
How do I determine my computer's IP address? - Knowledge Base

In order for JGlideMon to connect to HonorBuddy when it's running on another computer you need to replace "localhost" with the IP address of the computer that HonorBuddy is running on. You may need to create a firewall exception for the port GliderRemoteCompat is running on (3200 by default). See below for a link for Windows 7.

In order to access the web interface, from your iphone/other computer browse to http://12.34.56.78:3201
Replace "12.34.56.78" with the IP address of the computer running JGlideMon (not HonorBuddy, unless they are the same computer). Replace "3201" if you changed the port JGlideMon uses for the webserver (but if you're not sure there probably isn't any reason you would need to change it).

You may need to add an exception to your firewall for port 3201 (or whatever you changed it to).
For Windows 7: How to Open a Port in the Windows 7 Firewall - For Dummies
You could disable the firewall completely to at least test it, but I do not recommend keeping it that way.

If you want to access JGlideMon from outside your house, you will need to forward the port in your router's configuration. Please use Google/see the link I posted before for this.

Keep in mind if you only want to access the web interface from outside your house, you need to forward port 3201 (by default) to the computer that JGlideMon is running on. If you want to run JGlideMon itself from your work computer for example, then you need to forward port 3200 (by default) to the computer that HonorBuddy/GliderRemoteCompat is running on.

Note there is not an app in Apple's AppStore for JGlideMon, it is a web-app, which means you simply browse to a website as described above.

Read post #4 and then #24, TimGlide explains everything nicely there.

This works like a charm. I am using this along with BuddyProwl from my iPhone and love it. Thanks for getting this out here for us.

The one thing I hope that is in a future update is the ability to chat from within the actual chat logs instead of having to bounce back to a different section in order to send a message. Definitely not something that would stop me from using it though.

I'm assuming you are referring to the mobile web interface since the chat box is always visible on the regular web interface and within JGlideMon itself.

You actually can tap/click on a player's name in the chat log to whisper them or a channel name (i.e. general, guild, party, etc) to open the chat window and have it pre-filled (this works for both the mobile and regular web interfaces). On the mobile version, it should then stay on the chat log once you press the Send button (though there currently appears to be a bug that causes it to scroll all the way to the top of the log instead of the bottom).

As far as logging out, it is possible by sending "/camp" as raw chat, but you probably need to stop the bot first and make sure you're not in combat. Not streamlined i realize.

Logging in would be a bit trickier because I'm not sure about the feasibility of sending keystrokes via a web-application (would be easier with a native app).
