So I have an idea I'm going to try. right now i have 3 wow accounts i don't really play anymore I just bot on them and i see that a new EULA came out I'm going to call that 1-800 number and see if i can't get a refund or anything since i have already payed for that 1 year lock down contract thing. I wonder if they will let me leave it with no penalty to me. or if its just a waste of my time. lol I'm board I have nothing else to do. also I never got my damn beta invite LOL.

I'm going to see if this works if so its going to be like 500 dollar refund casue of all my toons xfers and race changes. becasue im going to tell them becasue of the EULA changes i don't agree with it and i would like a full refund and if you guys won't honor it I will just tell them I'll call my bank (hint) USAA Military Bank

beta invites are far form over, and it never said you would be the first one into beta it simply said you would get invite . they will refund you your money for the long term contract however taking away your D3 as well as whatever other perks came with the sub. the EULA is ALWAYS subject to change at any time blizz sees fit. Best of luck to you. as for usaa doing anything different than anyother bank as far as refunding money goes, doubt that will happen.

im on hold right now there getting all my accounts info all togeather they said there going to have find out and it might take a little bit about a entire refund!! UPDATE They are still working on my accounts but they told me that they might not be able to refund everything as its been a couple years I said ok no problem, they informed me that I might be able to my D3 copy's since They show that I have dumped mads amount of money into my accounts but there still working the Issues since they have to put in tickets into there systems and find out from there management team with billing as something like this has never happened to them before he said. UPDATE No.2 I have to contact the legal team as the EULA is a agreement that can't be broken. I have sent blizzard a letter to let them know that EULA's are NOT Legal contracts according to my state and that Im now demanding a refund. other then that lets see what happens I doubt ill get anywhere. but I got nothing else to do but piss people off ATM.
Pardon my asking, but what's up with the EULA? I know it's a stupid question, but I didn't read the old EULA either, so what's different? In layman's terms, please? Just the gist of it.
