Wouldn't making a bot for Diablo 3 draw more unwanted attention to Bossland GmbH?

From the looks of it, Blizzard seems to be less tolerant of botting in Diablo 3 because of their RMAH experiment, which its success will pave the way for Titan 2015. So anything that stands in their way, i.e. bots, will be mercilessly dealt with.

As for WoW, since it's already infested with Bots of all kind for the past decade, they are more tolerant to it.

at this point, all anyone can do is theorize what blizz will do with bots in D3. The game isn't even out yet, no way to know how they are going to enforce anything.

If I were to make a guess, I believe what you said about them enforcing bots more effectively will be true.

Additionally, Bossland already has Blizz's attention. The way that I see it, until they are blocked from selling their software, I would milk Blizz for everything they can.

a bot for D3 would make life much much better, it could be like WoW where i have no idea how to play and i still top dps charts.

anyways. im looking foward to D3 im getting bored of beating D2 over and over.

I think the D3 bot will come out before the SWTOR one. D3 already has a questing bot for it. Botters will have a hard time for a while In this game I know it. Blizz will be watching like a hawk for months with real money being put into it. So I would stick to the illegal methods and I'm staying off the real AH for a while.
