I plan on doing my last 3 levels in BGs, so I'll be respecing my warlock. Currently I'm demon/destruction, but will change one of those to affliction if need be. However, I've noticed all the CCs, and there are a very small handful of them are actively being updated. However, yet again, they are all for PvE that I've experienced. Does anyone know if any of these CCs will work well for PvP? If so, which one, and for what spec? I'm going to naturally assume it's going to be affliction since that seems to be the PvP spec of choice anyway. I've not botted a BG with my warlock yet because I have no clue what CC to use. Right now I'm using Singular, which I don't believe has a PvP rotation ... yet.
Try out Prince of darkness or Zarfall or w/e is it called. Prince of darkness is best for demo spec. There's not really a good cc for lock for pvp.
@Zeldrak, I will assume you are going to use BGBuddy for the AFK ability. If so Singular will work just fine, I got my Lock(Aff) to full ruth in just under 24 hours(Full bot running, no stops or pauses). If you are going to use a Lazyraider styled leveling method I am not too sure atm, but I will be releasing my Ira Caeli Lock CC for beta testing soon.
Yes, full AFK botting, but I will have breaks at times just to cut down on continuous play. I will train skills, also. Currently I'm level 82 and will be trying to bot to 85. So, Singular Affliction is the best you've tried so far? I'm running Singular Destruction right now since I haven't respec'd just yet. Could you perhaps suggest a build/glyph setup? Or, maybe suggest a site for build/glyph setup? I'm thinking of trying noxxic, but I'm not sure.
@Zeldrak, Aff is the better for PvP leveling (Again assuming you AFK leveling) for the self heals. Destro works well in Arena situations & RBG's more so then standard BG grinds. As for Noxxic, I would never use it for PvP setups. Or anything actually, lol... http://www.worldofwargraphs.com is the best place to go for everything as it is updated daily, but it does have issues from time to time. Tends to not show data for a day straight, I assume this is for updating reasons, but it works more often then not.
