      Yeah, I know how to change it.. I was just asking him if that's how he changed it - or if he just unchecked it from the UI and thought it was off. With this rogue I don't have any heirloom items but I do have the 10% from the guild perk. Should I leave it on or no?

      Yes i turned it off in Kicks Profiles :)

      I think you can try it without heirlooms, and tell us if it works.
