      Out domain controllers at my job run on Hyper-V servers and take like 30 seconds or less to reboot. What are these Authentication servers? Pentium II Dell workstations with 256Mb of memory on Windows 2000?

      We are paying customers and I have to say, the lack of status updates are pretty frustrating. I can understand intermitent outages, but this is pretty ridiculous. We all understand technology and services are not perfect, but set the expectations with your customers so we all are aware.
