I also changed the password to something else and tried the same amount of times and still this message is coming up. I am supposed to be using the password and serial key from Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal right?
When did you purchase? If you have a serial key and not a login, Simply put the serial in and no password. Edit: Dam you're quick Nat.
I am getting the same Auth failed message.... using my serial key, no password as i always have. Purchased 5/20 of this year. Email with my key says good for 3600 days..... please advise
Yours is a different message. Download the latest update from here: Home Extract in your HB folder and then try again.
Thanks for quick reply. do I need to delete my current HB folder and contents? During extraction I am getting an error that some of the files couldn't be created.
Hi folks, i am still not able to get authenticated. Yesterday afternoon i got no issuses, but that morning no chance. Changed PW, used new client, but still get auth error.
Well, thats what i thougt, but i can login in Buddyauth and also change the PW ans as i told, yesterday it worked fine. Ok, now the old PW works again... Anybod knows, how to change that? BR Azze
BuddyAuth info has nothing to do with Hb login info you must use the same info as this page Bossland GmbH
