How afk'able are certain bots

I am a competent botter and I was just curious what aspects of Honourbuddy are running near or flawlessly atm to level from 85?

i used archaeology to level a toon though certain stages, and battlegrounds, if by 70 you dont wanna do questing those are both great alternatives.

Gatherbuddy is running smooth for me. So does grinding

Don't really got an issue with any of the botbases.

 

72-80 GB2/Arch/BGs
80-85 Arch/BGs
85-90 Gathering with grind bot/BGs

But atm it's rather subjective due to current mesh server issues etc. Some people have success one way and some another.

 

Hi,

leveled two toons from 85-90, with BGBuddy, worked 100% AFK.

At the moment i try Questing, now i am level 27, worked like a charm ! (sometimes autoequip don't equip the new items)

 

i've leveled about, 13 chars to 85, two to 90.
i quest the way to 80, then i do archae. till 85, then i grindbot till 90

Never had issues with GatherBuddy, except for the occasional nodes that were deep in the middle of mob packs, getting my guy killed any time it tried to mine it. Once I created enough blacklists in my profile, I was able to leave it go for hours without fail.

QuestBot absolutely requires baby sitting. Sure, sometimes you can get away with leaving it alone and you'll be fine, but I am constantly getting stuck on terrain, especially now that the brewfest wreaths are up. I've gone out for dinner on occasion and came back to my bot freaking out, running left and right over and over. Thankfully I haven't had any consequences.

As for BGBuddy? I am always hearing how people who use it look really obvious to people around them, yet it ranks high on this poll. Am I misinformed?

 

The arch bot has been kinda iffy for me... it keep getting stuck.

 

If grinding, you only have to deal with a few crashes. Don't expect to quest or BG effectively to level.

 

For people reporting archaelogy from 80 to 85. Is exp really that big? Or very slow leveling.

 

Im curious about expir3d's question as well, ive only leveled arch on a 90 so idk what the xp gains are like, is this viable for any levels 85+?

 

Ran 3 bots for eight hours, Grindbot: 100% afk able Gatheringbot2: 100% afk too , Archa bot: works good for afking too, but my char keeps getting stuck on Eastern KingDoms , Duskwood , Close to the big tree, been using BG buddy too , works good, but in Isle Of Conquest you can just see who bots and who dosen?t lol, and one time where it with the ship came behind their base and just standed there

 

I am relatively new to HB, but the only ones I feel comfortable AFK'ing are Archaeology and Gatherbuddy-but only after I've watched the profile for stucks and issues at least 1-2 times around. Other than that, I stay close by and check on it every 10-15 minutes.

Yeah grinding may be the fastest way to level since you don't lose time picking up quests but also the more risky to get banned.

 

Bg mode is awesome for afking, the only problem is that allot of people do it. And the pathfinding algorithm tells that you are a bot.
It would be awesome if the algorithm could be infected in a way like by a seed or something. Making bg more customizable would be epic.

Seeds for different pathfiding paths. More human behavior during the start of the game. targeting people and buffing if possible, jumping around etc..

 

Questing has quite a few issues and I would say is the least AFK'able.

Battlegrounds, whilst AFK'able, are more susceptible to player reports -be warned!

 

Since nobody answered i'll try archaeology at 70 or 80 to lvl up 70-85 or 80-85.
