      First time to use HB and it says authentication failed - max sessions.

      Any suggestions?

      Hello,

      this happens periodically for me as well. If I reboot my computer and wait like half an hour, I'll be able to login again. I checked running processes and do not see honor buddy running after I close it.

      the server should let go of the session after about 5min or so, usually a lot faster, but if honorbuddy is running in the background it will keep that session open.
