Starting on a new realm, server and new account. What do you think is the fastest classes level 1-90.
Hunter, if you are not running a bot. Mage - Used to be feastest back in wotlk , now its slow until lvl 40, then its pretty fast. Warlocks are decent low/mid level, and great at high level. Leveling with the bot. - bot has issues with long range characters. its great for mid range, and meelee. Rogue is fastests. Prot paladin is fast with heals. Druid is pretty fast with insane heals. Priest is good when running a bot , you can never hardly get ganked by other faction. Warrior - Slow at low level, Fast at mid level. slow at higher levels. Great tank. Thats just my general thoughts and info. Use it or not. I am sure this info would be decent to keep in mind
I wouldn't stress the class too much considering everything pre-cata is designed to be blown through. I think ranged is typically a little better than melee just for getting stuck issues etc. But with mechanics the way they are now all classes are pretty even I mean with second wind my warrior hardly ever died even when pulling elites by accident :s I'd be more concerned with keeping the bot from having issues.
Well monks get the daily 50% quest and killing exp buff ( 1 hour ) up until level 85 I believe. Like someone else said their dmg is no joke, and I dont think I died once while botting him ( they have several attacks that heal them while doing dmg ). If you can find a way to get the archy polearm, 85-90 is a breeze too. I grind botted that in 2 days ( think it took like 4 hours per level ). All in all my time played when i dinged 90 was 5 days and 11 hours. Fastest by far for me. I've generally had much more success with melee... maybe it was just the CC ( singular ) but my ranged bots ALWAYS get stuck trying to cast on mobs out of los. Looks very very bottish and also inefficient. Monk > DK > Pally > Warrior IMO
I did mine as a windwalker. Using TuanHa, probably one of the best CC's I have used. EDIT: Also had my 2nd spec as Brewmaster and every now and then tanked a dungeon. Tuanha worked great for that as well.
Monk, they get a daily/every 10 levels quest to get more xp for an hour, it stacks to 2 hours. You should be able to train it all the way to 90 if your smart about it.
I Used kicks 1-90 started my pally at level 1 and he dinged 90 in 5 Days Played time using /played . dk took me 6.5days played time.
my monk took around 5days played too from 1-90 but tbh, i really dont know the /played situation on my chars, cuz ive used Arelog with em all and grinded xp on most of em.
I have a ret paladin here going to be level 85 in 2 days 3 hours played roughly - Rets in full boa are fast as shit. I one shot alot of shit that is my level too. Its kinda crazy watching it go I have had 2 minor nav issues with Kicks 1-90 horde so far he has made it pretty great so far for leveling 1-85. I will be donating to kick after I hit 90.
