I figured that I should leave the bot on mixed mode with questing/BG a couple of hours at night. I supervised it for a bit and noticed 1/2 the BG was using the same profile! Get stuck in the same places, go to the same places, it's as if half the BG was following each other!
Blizzard appears to be giving out three hour suspensions for BG botting. Several people have made threads about it. Me, personally, I wouldn't bot BGs anymore. It's to the point that there may be ten people per BG that are actually playing, and the rest are bots. It's become such a popular way to grind honor for gear, or to convert to JP for gear and upgrades. As for botting BGs, there are no profiles per se, but instead a set script that BGBuddy follows for each BG. This is why so many people appear to be following each other. You can generally pick out the people using BGBuddy because they run in packs, get stuck in packs, idle at the same place in packs, etc. If you don't mind moving around, just BG with LazyRaider. AT least that way you control the movements of your toon, and no one can call you out on botting. Just my own opinion, though, because there are still quite a few people here that bot BGs and never really get caught, or at least claim to never get caught. But, that's forum life, you have to take it with a grain of salt and believe it at face value.
It seems too risky to BG bot without supervision, I've noticed that some BGs work really good but others are somewhat sloppy.
I got pretty sick when I started bgbuddy again some hours ago - instead of standing at the base and waited until its captured - my bot (and 2 other bots) were running like retards around the base - srsly HB-Devs? BG botting is the most risky form of botting and something like that needs to be fixed asap... Another thing that needs to be fixed asap is the walking over the mountains in AV at the beginning on alliance side.
