      Only edit:
      <MaxLevel>86</MaxLevel>
      into
      <MaxLevel>91</MaxLevel>

      Also getting this strage error:
      "XML Error: Attribute X of floating type was missing in "Blackspot" tag. - On line 43 - [<Blackspot Radius="10" />]"

      going to test it now

      You just need to make some edit :
      1) Fix the error : "XML Error: Attribute X of floating type was missing in "Blackspot" tag. - On line 43 - [<Blackspot Radius="10" />]"
      You should edit the file by change :

      <Blackspots>
      <Blackspot Radius="10" />
      <Blackspot X="565.1379" Y="7758.172" Z="23.90021"

      Delete the middle line :
      <Blackspots>
      <Blackspot X="565.1379" Y="7758.172" Z="23.90021"

      2) Fix error : "This profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character"

      You should edit the file:
      <MaxLevel>86</MaxLevel>
      into
      <MaxLevel>91</MaxLevel>

      My character can't mine some nodes.. after 3 times he tried to harvest them he flies to the next hotspot.. is it normal? :/

      open profile with notepad and change <MaxLevel>86</MaxLevel> to <MaxLevel>91</MaxLevel> after this reload the profile....
