Wow Character not found

Hello guys Today i woke up and as i do always at the mornings i opened wow i logged in and when i tried to play with 1 of my characters it loads at like 90% of the bar and then a message comes out and says "character not found".When i try again to play with another character or the same one it automatically disconnects me please guys if someone knows how to fix this issue answer me

 

ATM there are connection problems to the services of blizzard.

This is obviously a bug with your WoWclient or WoWaccount. All we can suggest is you delete the following directories:

• WoW/Cache/
• WoW/Data/Cache/
• WoW/WTF/

Then try relaunching the WoWclient. If that does not work, you'll have to post for help in the Bliz forums, as it is obviously a Bliz issue.

We are currently experiencing external general connectivity issues which started on the night of the 28 - 29/12

Symptoms of this issue include either being unable to connect properly to a character, i.e. being stuck on a loading screen, or being disconnected once in-game.

Our network technicians are investigating this issue, and we will update here when we have further information regarding this issue.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
